The new owner of Fort Worth's tallest tower plans to invest in improvements in an effort to boost the building's occupancy. A company called Swiss Burnett LLC bought the 40-story building from Pinnacle Bank Texas on Sept. 27, Dallas Business Journal first reported last week. Andy Hansen, president of Swiss Burnett and a real estate professional from Stephenville, said he's spent $2.3 million already on improvements to the building, including replacing a chiller. More improvements are on the way. Hansen said Oct. 14 he authorized engineers and architects to produce estimates to renovate the tower's lobby and add a new fitness center.
