Oak Brook, Illinois-based Portillo's Inc. (Nasdaq: PTLO) has set the date for its Houston-area debut. The iconic Chicago chain will open its Richmond location, at 11005 W. Grand Parkway in The Grand at Aliana near Sugar Land, on Oct. 22. This is the first Portillo's location to open in the Houston metro area, and more will follow in the near future.
