Adolfson & Peterson Construction completed the multifamily adaptive reuse project at the iconic 50-story Santander Tower in Downtown Dallas. AP broke ground on the project in Summer 2022. Peridot Residences was designed by Mintwood Real Estate, a mixed-use developer, and Pacific Elm Properties, a building owner, to build 291 multifamily units across 14 floors of former office space.
