A brand new sprawling apartment community is now open just northwest of Houston. BSR Properties, the rental division of Faircroft, has opened a 40-unit fourplex apartment community in Waller County, where several single-family home developments have cropped up as the suburban boom expands in Houston. 

Dubbed Park Place Flats, the community of 10 buildings will be part of a 4.6-acre tract with units ranging from 1,125 to 1,360 square feet with two and three bedrooms, according to the Houston Business Journal. Three fourplexes have already been built and the first lease has already been signed. The rest of the buildings will be complete by the end of February, sales manager and broker Kelly Turner said, according to HBJ. Rent will be between $1,650 and $2,050 per month.
