Serverfarm is planning a $137 million data center project in northwest Harris County. The project will be located at 4801 Betka Road, northwest of Houston, and is expected to span 565,000 square feet. HKS Inc. is the design firm for the project, which has a construction timeline beginning in July 2025 and ending in July 2026. No word yet on the company pursuing incentives from Harris County.
