Real estate investment firm, Buchanan Capital Partners, has announced its latest acquisition of an industrial warehouse in Hutto, Texas, a part of the larger Austin metro. The Innovation Business Park 8 acquisition is a newly constructed 196,523 square-foot industrial warehouse. It signifies the firm’s latest investment in Austin’s industrial sector.

This latest acquisition makes 2,350 square feet of special office space available in the warehouse. The Innovation Business Park totals 1.5 million square feet and is managed by AQUILA commercial who is overseeing lease management across the property. Buchanan Capital Partners utilizes a business plan which markets directly to tenants between 33,00 square feet to 196,000 square feet and is offering the first lease signed at Innovation 8 with preferred terms.
