Houston-based Levey Group has started construction on the largest industrial park in Pearland, according to the company. Levey Logistics Park is located on a 38-acre tract at 14699 Almeda School Road in Pearland’s Lower Kirby District. The park consists of two warehouses totaling 661,000 square feet. General contractor Harvey Builders expects to complete the buildings in the second quarter of 2025.
