Slate Asset Management, the property’s former lender, now owns Comerica Bank Tower, one of DFW’s tallest office towers. The new owners say they plan to repurpose the 60-story tower at 1717 Main Street as a mixed-use destination. Slate has more than $10 billion in assets under management.
